Meiji Milk Chocolate 100th Anniversary Exhibition to be held in Tokyo

Meiji will host the ‘Meiji Milk Chocolate 100th Anniversary Exhibition’ at the Tokyo International Forum from December 23 to December 30, 2026. The event commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Meiji Milk Chocolate brand, which reached this milestone on September 13.

The exhibition will feature a historical timeline, including various era-specific product packaging and advertisements featuring iconic celebrities. A major highlight includes a dedicated manga section where 40 renowned manga artists—including creators of ‘Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End’, ‘NANA’, ‘City Hunter’, and ‘Touch’—will display specially commissioned celebratory illustrations and messages.

Additionally, an artist corner will showcase works from 21 different artists, utilizing various mediums such as painting and three-dimensional art to express themes related to the chocolate. The event will also include photo spots, a retail area, and scheduled talk events with guests.

Advance tickets are priced at 500 yen and go on sale October 29, 2026, via Lawson Ticket and e+. Same-day tickets will be available at the venue for 700 yen. Admission is free for preschool children, and each ticket holder will receive one piece of Meiji Milk Chocolate as a visitor benefit.
