Meisei Co., Ltd. launches sensor-activated automatic trash cans on Amazon.co.jp

Meisei Co., Ltd., based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, has launched a sensor-activated automatic trash can for sale on Amazon.co.jp. The product features a horizontal sliding lid designed to save vertical space, making it suitable for installation under kitchen counters or racks.

The trash can utilizes an infrared sensor with an adjustable detection range of approximately 6 to 30 cm. It is available in two capacities, 30L and 45L, and comes in three colors: black, silver, and white. To assist with hygiene and odor control, the unit includes a sealing ring to minimize gaps and a liner ring to keep trash bags secure and hidden.

Additional features include 360-degree rotating casters for easy mobility, a quiet motor for reduced noise, and an LED indicator to monitor battery and operational status. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, with the lid composed of ABS, PC, and metal parts.
