Mel Tracina prepares for new season of Big Brother in Brisbane

Host Mel Tracina is preparing for the second season of the Big Brother reboot on Ten. Reflecting on the first season, Tracina recalled the challenges of hosting during extreme rain, describing the experience as a ‘baptism of fire’ that helped ease the nerves of the cast and crew.

To prevent similar weather issues, producers have installed a roof over the Big Brother stage for the upcoming season. The production is moving to Brisbane, where a custom-designed house featuring one-way glass, secret nooks, and outdoor areas is undergoing final preparations before filming begins.
