Melaleuca distributes over $3.2 million in employee longevity bonuses

Melaleuca has awarded more than $3.2 million in combined bonuses to 220 employees to recognize their long-term service to the company. The bonuses, distributed at the Frontier Center for the Performing Arts in Idaho Falls, Idaho, honor staff members with tenures ranging from five to 35 years.

Individual awards included $35,000 for employees marking 35 years of service, $30,000 for 30 years, and $25,000 for 25 years. Other recipients received amounts of $20,000, $15,000, $10,000, and $5,000 based on their specific years of contribution. Executive Chairman Frank VanderSloot stated the program is intended to show appreciation for the loyalty and commitment of the team.
