The BBC series Strictly Come Dancing has announced the song and dance lineup for its fitness-themed fifth week of the 2026 season. Spice Girls singer Melanie Chisholm is set to perform her track ‘Sweat’ during the Sunday night results show, featuring a high-energy routine with exercise-inspired elements.

The results show will also host the UK television debut of Jamie Miller’s ‘Babydoll’ featuring Antonio Cipriano. Other scheduled performances include Dani Dyer performing a salsa to Rosalía’s ‘Despechá’, Bethany Antonia dancing an Argentine tango to Harrison’s ‘All The Things She Said’, and Delta Goodrem returning to the ballroom for a rumba to Celine Dion’s ‘It’s All Coming Back To Me Now’.

Additional routines for the week include a foxtrot by Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu, a tango by Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola, and a jive by Lawrence Robb and Jowita Przystal.
