Meliá Hotels International opens new resort in Vietnam

Meliá Hotels International has opened the Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort in Vietnam. Located on Bai Dai Beach between Cam Ranh and Nha Trang, the resort features an all-inclusive concept designed for families and leisure travelers.

The development is being rolled out in phases. The first phase provides 265 accommodations, including rooms, suites, and pavilions, while the total project is expected to reach 802 units across three towers. Amenities include eight dining venues offering various international cuisines, two large swimming pools, a spa, a gym, and sports facilities such as tennis and pickleball courts. The resort is also pet-friendly.

This opening marks a continued expansion for the Spanish hotel group in Southeast Asia, bringing its total number of hotels in Vietnam to 23. Despite the expansion, Meliá's stock was noted to be approximately 19.95 percent below its 52-week high as of early October 2026.
