Melikgazi Municipality in Kayseri has launched a new digital service portal to improve citizen access to social and sporting facilities. The platform, accessible 24/7, allows residents to manage services such as sports halls, sports courses, and libraries through a single interface.

Through the portal, users can complete course applications, manage memberships, and make secure online payments without visiting municipal offices in person. The system also enables real-time tracking and reservation of specific areas and private boxes within the facilities, eliminating the need for physical document submission or waiting in lines.
