Melikgazi Municipality opens new health center and emergency station

The Melikgazi Municipality in Kayseri has inaugurated the Asım-Türkan Balcı Family Health Center (ASM) and a 112 Emergency Station in the Bahçelievler neighborhood.

The new facility was established following the conversion of a previous health center into the Forensic Medicine Group Presidency. The new center will be staffed by 11 personnel, including four family physicians.

Melikgazi Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that the municipality aims to address health center needs across the district, with plans to build additional facilities in Esenyurt, Gökkent, and İldem.
