Melon Music Awards 2026 expands to two-day event in Seoul

Kakao Entertainment has announced the lineup for the 18th Melon Music Awards (MMA2026), which will expand into a two-day event for the first time. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 14 and 15 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

The event features a total of 26 acts. The first day, designated as Global Day on November 14, includes performers such as aespa, ATEEZ, NCT DREAM, RIIZE, TWS, and the reunited group I. O. I. The second day, Music Day on November 15, will feature artists including IVE, ILLIT, NCT 127, and NCT WISH.

This year’s awards introduce a new “Global TOP 10” category to better reflect international fan sentiment via the Global-K Chart. In Japan, the event will be available for free live streaming through JOYSOUND’s “Miruhako” service in karaoke rooms equipped with JOYSOUND X1 or JOYSOUND MAX GO, with archive viewing available until January 2027.
