Mendoza announces lifeguard revalidation and seasonal job openings

The Ministry of Energy and Environment has announced several recruitment and certification processes for the 2026-2027 season in Mendoza, Argentina.

Lifeguard revalidation registration will take place from October 5 to October 30, 2026. The process includes a virtual theoretical evaluation on November 7 and a subsequent practical exam. Applicants must submit specific documentation, including physical fitness and psychological certificates, and pay an enrollment fee of $40,000.

Additionally, a public call for temporary service contracts has been opened for positions in Protected Natural Areas, Fire Management, and Nautical services. The recruitment aims to hire 59 personnel, including park rangers and fire brigades, to cover the summer season from December 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Applications must be submitted online between September 21 and September 28, 2026, by residents of Mendoza who are not listed in the Registry of Delinquent Alimony Debtors.
