Mendoza Government clarifies Official Gazette access changes

The Government of Mendoza has clarified recent changes to the Electronic Official Gazette (Boletín Oficial Electrónico) following public confusion regarding access restrictions. Minister of Government, Infrastructure, and Territorial Development, Natalio Mema, stated that public consultation of the bulletins will remain free and open to all as usual.

The modifications, effective Monday, September 21, specifically target those responsible for uploading content. Individuals or private organizations that need to publish edicts or other official notices must now use the 'Mendoza por Mí' (MxM) platform, utilizing a digital identity with a level 2 rating or higher.

For government agencies, the process for making official publications will involve a new web address. The government emphasized that the goal is to centralize and simplify the publication circuit for both public and private content through the MxM system, rather than restricting information access.
