Mendoza hosts 44th CPCE Painting Salon

The 44th edition of the CPCE Painting Salon in Mendoza has officially opened under the theme ‘Territories in Dialogue: creation, economy, and cultural identity’. The event, organized by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Mendoza, has been a continuous tradition since 1981 to promote the work of consolidating artists.

Artist Olga Groselj received the top honor, the First Acquisition Prize, for her work ‘Fruto del desierto’. The salon’s prizes are designed for acquisition, allowing winning pieces to become part of the organizing institution’s permanent heritage. The exhibition aims to highlight the intersection of artistic research, regional identity, and the cultural economy.
