Menlo Microsystems appoints Richard Simoncic as CEO

Menlo Microsystems has appointed Richard Simoncic as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Simoncic succeeds Russ Garcia, who led the company for the past decade through its technology validation and product commercialization phases.

Simoncic joins Menlo Microsystems following a 35-year career at Microchip Technology Incorporated, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure at Microchip, he played a key role in the company's growth into a $5 billion global semiconductor leader. He previously served as a strategic advisor to Menlo Microsystems, supporting its expansion with semiconductor manufacturers developing chips for AI infrastructure.
