Menofia Governor Inspects Secondary School Exam Centers
Governor of Egypt's Menofia governorate, Lieutenant General Amr Al‑Gharib, conducted a field inspection on the third day of the national secondary school examinations. Accompanied by Deputy Minister of Education Hani Antar, education director Nahi Habib and local officials, he visited examination committees in Shibin al‑Kawm, including the Integrated Dual Language (IDGL) school with 39 committees and the Shahid Abdul Muneim Riyadh boys’ secondary school with 25 committees, where students sat for the Arabic language test.
The governor confirmed that examination venues were equipped with the necessary facilities, that cleanliness and a calm environment were maintained, and that all procedural guidelines were being followed. He emphasized continuous coordination among all relevant agencies and directed local unit heads to maximize readiness and address any issues immediately. A central operations room in the governorate’s headquarters, supported by subsidiary rooms and educational administrations, monitors the exams around the clock to resolve problems as they arise.
The governor stressed that the successful conduct of the examinations depends on the collective effort of all involved parties and aims to ensure a transparent, orderly, and safe testing environment for the students.
