Menowin Fröhlich seeks role as DSDS jury member

Menowin Fröhlich, winner of the 24th season of 'Deutschland sucht den Superstar' (DSDS), has expressed interest in joining the show's judging panel in the future. Approximately 100 days after his victory, the 38-year-old singer stated in an interview with RTL that he wishes to transition from contestant to juror to help discover new talent.

Fröhlich believes his musical experience and personal history with the competition make him a strong candidate for the role. Musically, he aims to blend German Schlager with soul and gospel, describing his ambition to be a new influence in the genre.

However, immediate changes to the panel are unlikely. RTL has already confirmed that the jury for the 2027 anniversary season will consist of returning judges Dieter Bohlen, Bushido, and Isi Glück.
