Designers such as Isabel Marant, Diesel, and Dolce & Gabbana are highlighting these more structured fits. Finishes are also evolving, ranging from vintage washes and distressed details to glossy coatings and bold decorations.

When selecting denim, fabric weight and composition are key factors.
