Mental health and communication workshops announced in Poland
Various educational initiatives focused on emotional well-being and communication are scheduled in Poland.
The Centrum Praw Kobiet Foundation is hosting a three-hour workshop in Warsaw on October 24, 2026. Led by certified Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer Ewa Sanko Orłowska, the session aims to teach women how to engage in assertive yet non-aggressive dialogue to navigate difficult conversations without conflict.
In Bielsko-Biała, the ZaJaki.pl project will hold a lecture titled ‘Teenager in Crisis: Emotional First Aid’ on October 13 at Książnica Beskidzka. Dr. Halszka Witkowska, president of the Foundation ‘Life is Worth Talking About’, will address parents, caregivers, and educators. The session focuses on recognizing early signs of psychological crisis in youth, how to initiate supportive conversations, and when to seek professional help, while also addressing the well-being of the caregivers themselves.
