Mental health awareness initiatives launched across France
Various organizations are conducting activities to promote mental health awareness and combat sedentary lifestyles. In Paris, ASICS hosted an installation at La Villette featuring a humorous diorama of ‘Homo Scrollus Canapus’ to highlight the physical and psychological risks of excessive screen time and inactivity.
In Bischheim, a forum organized by the Schiltigheim/Bischheim local mental health council and the Strasbourg Eurométropole ‘Spot Santé’ bus aims to reduce social taboos. The event features professionals and associations providing information on neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, ADHD, and peer support through the association Jeff.
Additionally, Ker Anna high school is hosting dance and well-being workshops as part of Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM). These sessions include modern dance and relaxation techniques to support student well-being.
