Menteleidis Group plans €95 million commercial park in Thessaloniki

The Menteleidis Group is planning a €95 million strategic investment to develop a multifunctional thematic park for entrepreneurship, commerce, and recreation in the Pylaia area of Thessaloniki.

The project, submitted to Enterprise Greece, involves the development of a 101.5-acre site previously occupied by a Siemens factory. The centerpiece of the development will be a high-rise office building designed to serve as a business hub for the region. Surrounding the tower, an open-air commercial park will feature retail shops, dining areas, leisure facilities, cultural spaces, and extensive green areas.

The company has applied for strategic investment status to benefit from fast-track licensing and spatial planning incentives. The vertical design approach aims to maximize open space, providing a high-quality environment for employees, visitors, and local residents.
