MEO Kalorama festival returns to Lisbon's Parque da Bela Vista

The MEO Kalorama music festival returns to Parque da Bela Vista in Lisbon for its fifth edition, scheduled for August 28, 29, and 30. The event features a diverse lineup including Robbie Williams, Lauryn Hill, Deftones, Grace Jones, and Interpol.

To manage the large-scale event, Prosegur Security is deploying a security force of 500 elements. The operation includes access control for technical zones, backstage, and stages, as well as continuous monitoring via a Tactical Command Post and video surveillance. Additionally, Prosegur will manage the festival’s cashless payment system to improve efficiency at food and beverage points.

Logistical arrangements for attendees include various transport options such as free shuttles running every 30 minutes, extended metro services on the Red Line, and partnerships with Rede Expressos offering discounts for travelers arriving in or departing from Lisbon.
