Meoweth, a social cat with a stern expression, seeks adoption

Meoweth, a one-year-old cat currently residing at the Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a new home. Despite having a stern facial expression that has earned her the nickname “queen of RBF,” shelter staff describe her as a social and affectionate kitten.

While her initial behavior in the shelter appeared defensive due to a stressful environment, she has proven to be curious and loving in foster care. Potential adopters must meet specific criteria, including being an adult-only household without children, and must possess an understanding of feline body language.
