Meppen hosts charity Christmas concert for crisis helpline

The traditional Meppen Christmas concert is scheduled to take place on November 29, 2026, at the Theater Meppen. The event features a 50-member project choir led by Gaby Jansen, along with a project band and various soloists, including Tobias Bako, Eike Kumbrink, and the band “The Christmas Three”.

All proceeds from the musical evening will benefit the TelefonSeelsorge Emsland/Grafschaft Bentheim, a crisis helpline service that relies heavily on donations to fund its operations. The organization provides support to individuals facing difficult life situations and personal crises. Tickets are available through the Meppen Tourist Information, the Theatergemeinde Meppen office, and online.
