Meram District builds new Mufti service building
Construction is underway for a new Meram District Mufti service building in Konya, Turkey. Located on Alparslan Türkeş Street in the Hadimi neighborhood, the facility will feature a construction area of 3,242 square meters and include multi-purpose halls designed to host various programs.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality is responsible for the rough construction phase of the project. Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş, along with Konya Provincial Mufti Celal Büyük and other local officials, recently inspected the site to review progress.
The new building is part of a broader effort to centralize public institutions in the district. It is being developed in an area that already houses the municipal building, the government house, and the recently foundation-laid Meram District Police Department building, creating a centralized hub for public services.
