Meram Municipality begins sale of Suriçi Çarşısı commercial properties

Meram Municipality has officially launched the sale of shops and office spaces in the first phase of the Suriçi Çarşısı, a project developed under the Şükran Urban Transformation Project in Konya.

Following the delivery of properties to original rights holders, the municipality is now marketing its own shares of independent units through an open tender process. To facilitate the investment process, a dedicated sales office has been established on-site to provide information and transparency to potential investors.

Meram Mayor Mustafa Kavuş visited the sales office to inspect the units and receive updates on application volumes. He noted that the bazaar's location, integrated with the Bedesten Bazaar and near local landmarks like the Sırçalı Hotel, makes it a strategic commercial hub for both the Meram district and the wider Konya region.
