Meram Municipality conducts field studies for 2027 investment plans

Meram Municipality in Konya is conducting extensive field studies in rural neighborhoods to shape its investment and service strategies for 2027. Mayor Mustafa Kavuş stated that the municipality aims to determine future projects by directly listening to the needs and expectations of residents in outlying areas.

During recent visits to neighborhoods including Yenibahçe, Çomaklı, Boruktolu, Çarıklar, and Ali Ulvi Kurucu, officials conducted on-site inspections to identify requirements for infrastructure and social facilities. The municipality maintains a policy of visiting every neighborhood at least once a year to ensure local governance is shaped by direct citizen feedback.
