Mercado Futuro da Música concludes third edition at HackTown

The third edition of MFM – Mercado Futuro da Música concluded its programming at HackTown 2026 in Santa Rita do Sapucaí, Minas Gerais. The event served as a gathering for Brazilian music professionals, including artists, producers, executives, and curators.

The three-day program featured 18 artistic performances, panels, conferences, and professional meetings. A significant component included Song Camps focused on songwriting, audiovisual soundtracks, and music for games. In partnership with SINDAV (Sindicato da Indústria do Audiovisual), the Audiovisual Song Camp produced two original soundtracks for a documentary film and a short film currently in final production.

The Song Camp for Songs also resulted in two new compositions slated for upcoming recording. The event concluded with live showcases of the works developed during the camps, alongside various musical performances from artists such as Ana Morais, André Prando, and Marcelo Falcão.
