Mercedes-AMG unveils A45 S 4MATIC+ Final Edition hot hatch

Mercedes‑AMG announced the limited‑edition A 45 S 4MATIC+ Final Edition on 27 July 2026 in Germany. The model retains the 2.0‑litre M139 turbocharged inline‑four that produces 421 hp (500 Nm) and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 270 km/h. It is offered in two paint finishes – MANUFAKTUR Mountain Gray Magno and Night Black – and features exclusive 19‑inch wheels, black‑coated brake calipers, AMG‑styled interior trim, and a special “45 S Final Edition” badge.

In the German market the base A 45 S 4MATIC+ is priced at €73,929 (incl. VAT); the Final Edition adds a surcharge ranging from about €6,075 to €10,191 depending on options. Orders began on the launch day, and the model is positioned as the ultimate expression of the hot‑hatch segment, highlighting Mercedes‑AMG’s most powerful production four‑cylinder engine.
