Mercedes-Benz delivers 26 new buses to Querétaro route

Mercedes-Benz Autobuses has delivered 26 new low-entry buses to Citybus S.A. de C.V. for use on the AMEQ C52 route in Querétaro, Mexico. The route, which connects Paseos de San Miguel with Fraccionamiento Vistana, serves between 11,000 and 15,000 passengers daily.

The new fleet features Busscar UrbanussPlus bodies designed for universal accessibility through low-entry access. Additional features include air conditioning and enhanced safety elements intended to improve passenger comfort and reliability. Holger Dürrfeld, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Autobuses, stated that the integration of these units into such a fundamental route is a step toward more intelligent and sustainable regional transport.
