Mercedes-Benz Sprinter luxury camper van conversions unveiled

New luxury camper van conversions based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis have been introduced, focusing on maximizing space and off-grid capability.

Megamobil has unveiled the Lounge 700 Max, a nearly seven-meter vehicle that utilizes an electric system to transform the rear living area. During the day, the rear features a U-shaped seating area with a table; at night, an electric system lowers a 1.98 x 1.70 meter bed from the ceiling, eliminating the need to manually reconfigure furniture.

Royal Elite Van Co., a Kentucky-based company, has released the Pilgrim, a conversion of the shorter Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144. Designed for adventure, the Pilgrim features all-wheel drive, a 2.0-liter diesel engine, and rugged exterior enhancements including a heavy-duty bumper, a 12,000-pound winch, and protective textured coating. The build also includes off-grid technology such as solar power and Starlink equipment.
