Mercedes-Benz Unveils New Generation Vehicles and MB.OS Platform
Mercedes-Benz presented its next generation of vehicles at the 2026 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, announcing a product offensive of more than 30 new models through 2027. Highlights include the AMG GT 4‑Door Coupe, refreshed GLE and GLS SUVs, the flagship S‑Class and the latest Maybach offerings.
Alongside the physical launches, the brand detailed its digital‑luxury strategy centered on the MB.OS operating system. MB.OS integrates infotainment, driver assistance, interior controls, powertrain and connectivity into a single software platform, enabling over‑the‑air updates and continuous evolution of vehicle functions. The system embodies “ambient intelligence,” allowing the car to anticipate driver needs without explicit commands. Together, the new models and the software platform signal Mercedes‑Benz’s shift from mechanical engineering to a software‑defined automotive experience.
