Mercedes F1 reports increased profits and higher dividends for 2025

Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Limited reported strong financial results for 2025, characterized by increased profitability and significant dividend payouts to shareholders. According to filings with Companies House, the team's revenue remained relatively stable compared to the previous year, with figures cited at approximately £633.4 million or $842.4 million.

Despite flat revenue growth, the team saw a notable rise in operating profit and net income. The company attributed this performance to effective commercial activities and strict cost controls. Dividends distributed to shareholders rose significantly, reaching approximately £125 million ($166.3 million), up from the previous year.

Sponsorships and commercial licensing remain the primary drivers of income, accounting for over $552 million of the total revenue. The team's commercial portfolio expanded with new partnerships including Adidas, Meta AI, Nasdaq, Microsoft, Nu, and Zuma. Additionally, the team confirmed it remained in full compliance with the FIA's financial regulations following an audit process.
