Mercedes GLE 450e receives extensive 2026 facelift

The 2026 Mercedes GLE 450e has undergone an extensive facelift, with approximately 40 percent of its components being revised or replaced. While the vehicle remains fundamentally similar to its predecessor, the updates focus heavily on the exterior design to align with Mercedes-Benz’s current stylistic language. Key changes include a redesigned grille, updated headlights, and new taillights.

Despite the aesthetic refresh, the SUV maintains its original dimensions and spacious interior. The cargo capacity ranges from a minimum of 630 liters to 825 liters when utilizing the 10-centimeter sliding rear bench. Additionally, the model retains significant towing capabilities, able to pull up to 3.5 tons when equipped with the Airmatic air suspension system.
