Mercedes Jip Indonesia conducts Royal Heritage tour across Java and Bali

Mercedes Jip Indonesia (MJI) organized a 10-day touring event titled ‘Royal Heritage,’ involving 50 vehicles and 150 participants from various regions across Indonesia. The journey spanned from the island of Java to Bali, focusing on exploring the nation's history, culture, and natural landscapes.

The itinerary included visits to several significant historical sites, such as the Cirebon Palace, Yogyakarta Palace, and the Mangkunegaran Palace in Surakarta. A key stop was Trowulan in Mojokerto, the former center of the Majapahit Empire, where participants explored ancient temples and gates to learn about the kingdom's historical influence.

In Bondowoso, the group engaged in light off-road activities around Kawah Wurung and conducted social service activities in the Taman Galuh area. The tour continued through Banyuwangi, visiting the giant trembesi trees at De Djawatan, before moving to the coastal area of Muncar to observe the role of maritime communities in Indonesian civilization.
