Mercedes municipality recovers industrial facility from Perchet SAU

Authorities in Mercedes, Argentina, have formally recovered a municipal industrial facility previously occupied by the firm Perchet SAU, a company linked to the former Bicontinentar/Paquetá operations. The recovery was executed following a precautionary measure ordered by the First Administrative Litigation Court of Mercedes.

The operation, carried out by the Justice Officer of the Chivilcoy Peace Court, involved law enforcement, a locksmith, and a photographer to ensure a smooth transition. Following the takeover, officials conducted a detailed inventory of the premises and movable assets.

Hugo Kübler, the Director of Government and designated judicial depositary, stated that the municipality intends to make the site available to local productive forces as soon as possible. Security measures are being implemented to protect the inventoried goods and the property.
