A 29-year-old merchant, identified as Alexis Rodelmar Jeidy, was shot and killed in the Bosques de San Sebastián neighborhood of Puebla. The attack occurred on Tuesday afternoon while the victim was opening his vehicle outside his residence.
A suspect approached and fired at least five shots, striking the victim in the head. The assailant reportedly fled the scene on a motorcycle with the assistance of an accomplice. Authorities are investigating the motive, with initial theories suggesting a possible settling of scores or a connection to drug trafficking activities.
