Mercopar 2026 industrial fair opens in Caxias do Sul

The 35th edition of Mercopar, Latin America’s largest metal-mechanic and technological trade fair, is being held in Caxias do Sul, Brazil. The event brings together over 500 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 40,000 visitors, covering sectors such as automation, metallurgy, mechanics, and electrical engineering.

Companies like Metal Work Pneumática do Brasil are showcasing Industry 4.0 solutions, including pneumatic and electric cylinders, valves, and compressed air treatment systems. These technologies aim to improve monitoring and efficiency in assembly cells across various sectors, including food industry, sanitation, and waste treatment.

The Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT) is also participating to promote the professional valuation of industrial technicians. The fair is organized by SEBRAE-RS in partnership with the FIERGS System.
