Mercure Fukuoka Munakata Resort & Spa to host hot pot fair

Mercure Fukuoka Munakata Resort & Spa will host a “Warm Hot Pot Fair” at its Locavore restaurant from November 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The buffet will feature three varieties of hot pot daily, selected from five options: Hakata Motsunabe, Hakata Mizutaki, hot pot (huoguo), Munakata-style Torisuki, and a mild pot flavored with sake lees from local brewery Katsuya Shuzo.

From December 31, 2026, to January 3, 2027, the hotel will offer special New Year's cuisine, including traditional dishes like Hata-style Zoni and red snow crab. The resort also plans various seasonal events, including countdown parties and performances by artists from Munakata City, to celebrate the year-end and New Year period.
