Merino & Co. Reports Positive Operating Cash Flow in FY2026 Q4

Merino & Co. (ASX: MNC) posted a net operating cash inflow of A$74,000 for the quarter ending 30 June 2026, reversing a cash outflow of about A$389,000 in the prior quarter. The company ended the period with A$740,000 in cash reserves after receiving A$910,000 in cash during the quarter and A$2.027 million over the past twelve months.

The turnaround was driven by an exclusive distribution agreement for the China market that secured an initial A$1.1 million purchase order, strong airport retail performance and the delivery of domestic wholesale orders. Board Chair Steve Woolley said the FY2027 focus will be on “demand, conversion and fulfilment,” while Managing Director Fiona Yue described the quarter as turning readiness into delivery and highlighted a capital‑light international growth strategy.
