Mersin Metropolitan Municipality hosts Victory Day tennis tournament

Mersin Metropolitan Municipality organized a tennis tournament at the Macit Özcan Sports Facilities to commemorate the 104th anniversary of Victory Day on August 30. The event brought together citizens who participated in the municipality’s free tennis training programs.

Tennis coach Abidin Kuruağaç noted that approximately 500 citizens received free tennis training over the past year. The tournament features participants who learned the sport from scratch through these municipal courses, transitioning from basic training to competitive matches.
