Merveil Ndockyt departs Rijeka to join Morocco's AS FAR

Congolese international Merveil Ndockyt has left Croatian club HNK Rijeka after a single season and signed for Moroccan top‑flight side AS FAR of Rabat. During his spell in Rijeka he made 36 official appearances, scoring three goals, including 21 league matches and 13 in European competitions. The terms of the transfer were not disclosed.

Ndockyt, who previously played for Osijek, Gorica, and had stints in Albania, Spain and France, will now face the challenge of the Botola league. He has earned 23 caps for the Congo national team, scoring once.
