MES artist duo to hold solo exhibition at PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO

The artist duo MES, consisting of Takeshi Arai and Kanae Tanigawa, will hold a solo exhibition titled ‘RE-I’ at PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO from October 24 to November 16, 2026.

MES has focused on contemporary art and club culture since 2015, utilizing performances and installations that bridge music, fashion, and technology. Their work often responds to urban and temporal changes, such as their ‘LASER WRI-/LIGH-TING’ series and recent performances using candles. The upcoming exhibition aims to re-examine the evolving landscape of Shibuya through video installations and durational performances.

The duo is scheduled to hold a solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles in February 2027.
