Mesagne: Conchiglia APS launches second edition of Ali di Farfalle project

The association Conchiglia APS has launched the second edition of its ‘Ali di Farfalle’ project in Mesagne. The initiative focuses on empowerment, self-care, and personal potential through various workshops and wellness paths.

A key component is the ‘La voce delle donne come rappresentazione di sé’ (The voice of women as a representation of self) workshop. Starting September 10, 2026, this three-part practical course aims to help participants use their voices to communicate emotions, strengthen self-esteem, and build confidence. The sessions will be held at the Auditorium del Castello and the Biblioteca Ugo Granafei.

The workshop is led by professionals Anna Rita Pinto, a writer and journalist, and Alessandra Mandese, an actress and diction instructor. The program includes training in listening, awareness, posture, breathing, and oral narration to help participants express themselves authentically.
