MESCyT opens call for XXII International Scientific Research Congress

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCyT) has launched the call for participants for the XXII International Scientific Research Congress (CIC-2027). The event is scheduled to take place from June 22 to June 25, 2027, hosted by the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) as part of the Dominican Science and Technology Week.

Researchers, teachers, and students from both national and international institutions are invited to submit abstracts for presentations, scientific posters, courses, workshops, and panels. The submission period runs from October 27, 2026, through April 15, 2027, with general acceptance notifications expected by May 17, 2027.

The congress covers seven thematic areas: biological and biomedical sciences; environmental, agro-food, and earth sciences; physical, chemical, and materials sciences; industrial processes and manufacturing; social and humanistic sciences; mathematics; and interdisciplinary frontiers and regional applications.
