Messenia football clubs prepare for upcoming athletic seasons

Football organizations in Messenia, Greece, are preparing for the upcoming athletic season. The Patista Academy has opened registrations for its new season, which is scheduled to begin training on September 2, 2026. Led by UEFA PRO coach Nikos Kakaletris, the academy offers programs for various age groups, including Bambini, Juniors, and women's teams, with opportunities to participate in tournaments both within Messenia and internationally.

Meanwhile, AO Diavolitsiou has commenced its preparations for the B' Messenia Local Championship. Under the technical leadership of Aristeidis Diagoupis, the club aims to return to higher divisions. The squad features a mix of returning players, such as Ilias Anagnostopoulos and Kristian Sehai, alongside new signings and youth players promoted from the club's infrastructure departments.
