Messi and Di María launch real estate projects in Rosario

Argentine footballers Lionel Messi and Ángel Di María have partnered on new real estate developments in and around Rosario. The Messi family is driving the initiatives, while the commercialization is managed by Di María Negocios Inmobiliarios, a firm linked to Di María’s sister, Vanesa.

The first major project, Punta Mediterráneo, is located at Guayaquil 200 overlooking the Paraná River. The residential complex will offer apartments ranging from 55 to 430 square meters, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. Construction is being handled by Edeca and Depaoli & Trosce, with a projected completion date in 2028.

A second development, Estación Leones, is a 52-hectare urban project located in the nearby town of Alvear. This initiative will combine residential neighborhoods, commercial spaces, and sports facilities, including ten hectares dedicated to the Leones club and a multi-function stadium.
