Campobasso hosts Città di Campobasso futsal quadrangular tournament

The sixth edition of the Città di Campobasso quadrangular tournament is set to take place at the PalaUniMol, featuring several teams preparing for the Serie A2 elite futsal championship.

Cln Cus Molise will host the event alongside Giovinazzo, Academy Pescara, and Sulmona Futsal. The schedule includes an under-19 test match between Cln Cus Molise and Benevento 5, followed by major team matches in the afternoon. The tournament structure dictates that the winners of the initial matches will compete in a final for the title, while the losers will play for third and fourth place.

Sulmona Futsal, led by coach Antonio Ricci, enters the competition with a significantly updated roster. A notable addition to their squad is Stefano Mammarella, a highly experienced player who previously played in Serie A with Ecocity Genzano. The tournament serves as a critical opportunity for these teams to test their tactical preparations and physical conditioning ahead of the official season start.
