Oteri is seeking detailed information on whether the devices comply with new regulations set to take effect in July 2026. His request includes data on the number of sanctions issued by each device over the last three years, the total revenue collected, and documentation regarding the approval, homologation, calibration, and periodic verification of the equipment. Oteri emphasized that the inquiry is a request for transparency rather than an opposition to road safety, noting that many citizens have already paid fines to take advantage of legal discounts.
