Messina housing agency delivers new homes to families

The municipal agency ArisMè has officially begun the ‘Messina Rigenera’ project by delivering keys to four families in Messina, Italy. The recipients include three families from via Palermo (Isolato 13, Area 73) and one family from the Taormina district.

This initiative is part of a broader urban redevelopment plan to manage areas previously occupied by shantytowns. Following these deliveries, officials are awaiting the publication of a definitive ranking after October 26 for 23 families residing in via Rosso da Messina and via Pirandello.

Additionally, the city is preparing to hand over 57 apartments located at the former Sabato barracks in Montepiselli to ArisMè. These units, which were renovated under the PINQuA program, hold an A4 energy efficiency rating and will be used to expand housing solutions for families involved in the city's redevelopment efforts.
