Messina to host preview for International Kite Festival

The eighth edition of the International Kite Festival of Capo Peloro is approaching in Messina. To precede the main three-day event scheduled for early October, a traditional preview will take place on Sunday, September 27, starting at 10:00 AM on the Santa Margherita seafront.

The preview event is designed for children and families, featuring educational kites, creative workshops, and static kite flying. Co-organized by the Municipality of Messina and Pro Loco Capo Peloro, the initiative aims to connect the northern and southern areas of the city through the festival's activities.

The main festival is set to run from Friday, October 2, to Sunday, October 4, at Capo Peloro. An official press conference to present the full program for the eighth edition will be held on Wednesday, September 30.
