Messina's Tenuta Rasocolmo to host 'Elettra' theatrical production
The theatrical production 'Elettra' is scheduled to be performed at Tenuta Rasocolmo in Messina on Saturday, September 5, at 6:30 PM. Produced by the permanent company Il Circolo delle Lucertole, the show is directed by Viviana Isgrò, with Anthony Foti serving as assistant director.
The performance offers a reinterpretation of the myth of Elettra, integrating acting, choral elements, choreography, and original music. Viviana Isgrò will play the lead role of Elettra, supported by a cast including Anthony Foti as Oreste, Maris Stella De Francesco as Chrysothemis, Sonia La Rosa as Clytemnestra, Salvatore Messina as the Pedagogue, and Elio Brunetto as Aegisthus.
Additional artistic contributions include choreography by Anthony Foti, choral preparation by Marco Sindoni and Foti, and an original soundtrack composed by Sara D’Amico, Hanna Chausnuskaya, and Mario Giglio. The event is set within the landscape of northern Messina to emphasize the connection between theater and the local territory.
